We hire stars as team members
We hire only stars and to make sure they our stars, we take them through an in-depth interview process. We call this Halo Star Training. If they pass, they are in. If they don't, they probally sign up with one of those run of the mill staffing agencies. We interview our hospitals and facilities
Like our team members, we like to know our hospitals before we give you are stars. We feel that this is only fair because we want both you and our star cast members to succeed. If they succeed, you succeed and your patients are treated like stars. If they don't succeed, you and we don't. We do our homework
This means that we do our pre and post homework. We make sure that our team members are prepared for your facility and then work with you to ensure they continue to be prepared with up-to-date training and education classes. As such, we take your evaluations of our team members seriously and spend time before anticipating your needs and afterwards determining how we can do better. Because we do our homework, we ask that you do yours by letting us know when we meet your needs and how we can better anticipate them in the future.If you are interested in working with us, we are interested in working with.
