Group Medical
Sterling Medical Staffing Group's group medical is offered by United Medical Resources. Our program is a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) allowing in and out-of-network participation.
Dental
Sterling Medical Staffing Group offers two comprehensive dental insurance plans through United Medical Resources on a voluntary basis.
Vision Discount Plan
The United Medical Resources plans include a vision discount plan through Vision Service Plan.
Term Life
Sterling Medical Staffing Group's Assurant plan provides additional coverage for employee, spouse or children. When an employee enrolls for at least one line of business they will automatically receive group life insurance.
Long Term Disability
The Assurant Plan offers future income for employee in the event of a disabling illness.
401k
The plan offers valuable tax benefits as well as future security for you and your family upon retirement. Sterling Medical Staffing Group provides for 2% matching of your contributions.
Health Care Flex Plan
The Flex Account is an account that is established in the name of each employee who signs up for the benefit. The employee funds the account on a pre-tax basis through payroll deductions. The account is then used throughout the year to pay for eligible healthcare related expenses on a pre-tax basis.
Company-Sponsored Auto Insurance & Homeowners Insurance
Administered through MetLife, the offered auto insurance program and homeowners insurance program offers an array of coverage choices. Notably, due to group marketing discounts, employees can save 25-40% off of rates offered through other carriers. Additionally, rather than pay large, “lump-sum” premiums at once, employees can elect to spread their premium payment across 26 bi-weekly payments, automatically withdrawn from their bi-weekly paychecks.
Pet Veterinary Care Insurance
VPI – Pet Insurance offers a comprehensive pet healthcare plan, intended to prevent illness and lengthen an animal’s life. The plan is designed to save 50% on the routine medical needs of covered pets.
