Tate Bailey
Tate is a native of Cincinnati, OH and a Business Agent for Halo Staffing Solutions, LLC. Tate has been a member of the Halo team since its inception in 2002. He originally began working for Halo’s sister company, Tri-State Medical Professionals (TMP). At TMP, Tate was the primary recruiter and managed all payroll responsibilities. With his skills, organization, and attention to detail, Tate quickly assumed the Office Manager role. When Halo went nationwide, Tate joined as a Business Agent providing an invaluable asset to the team. As a Halo Business Agent, Tate is the point person for all nursing per diem and traveler needs, handles all the orientation for new employees, and participates in the performance evaluation for employees.
Tate is an avid sports fan and is particularly fond of the Cincinnati Bengals. He is married with three children and enjoys coaching his son’s football team. Tate also aspires to follow in the footsteps of Emeril Lagasse, creating delectable flavors in the kitchen.
